Terms of service

GENERAL INFO

There is no fun way to make ToS so please read my Terms of Service so as to avoid any potential misunderstandings and problems. For Commercial commissions, please email me [email protected] for further discussions.● When you pay your paypal invoice for your commission you are automatically agreeing to my Terms of Service. They are listed below and a shortened version will also be on your commission invoice. Please read them carefully.REGARDING NSFW ART :
● By ordering nsfw art, you certify you are over 18+ and that the characters displayed will also over 18+.● If I am unavailable to take your commission you can request to be put on a waitlist and that way I can reach out to you when I can take your commission.● Will draw: Fanart, OCs, NSFW (will be judged based on the request.)
● WILL NOT DRAW: Mecha, Furry anthros (however animal ears tails is fine), Scat/Vomit, Heavy Gore, Vore, inflation, incest, Shotacon, lolicon, hardcore non-consensual sex, and real life people (mostly pertaining to celebrities).If you are unsure whether i will draw your commission, please ask, there is no judgement when you do and the worst i'll say is that i am unable to fulfil that commission request.

Payment

You will need to provide a paypal as I only use paypal invoice for commissions.
● Please note that the prices listed are in USD and all prices listed on my price list are base prices*.● Your paypal invoice will have a breakdown of what type of commission you are paying for. All payments are to be paid upfront before any work begins.● However there are payment plans for full colour illustrations (half up front, half before colouring begins). But this must be discussed before paypal invoice is sent.*Extra fees charged for: Custom design and complex details for character/Back grounds.

Process & Revisions

● The clearer you are when explaining what you want the easier it will be for me to draw your commission.● When the commission is started you will be provided with rough concepts for confirmation of pose. Usually I send work in progress for sketch, lineart and base colors steps, each step having the opportunity to make changes or revisions.● A additional fee based on my hourly rate will be added if you wish to change something you previously approved or something on the final completed commission.

Deadline & delivery

● Commissions can take anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks, as I currently work multiple jobs & also have other in real life commitments.● If faster turn around is required that must be discussed before invoice is sent (especially for commercial projects).● All commissioners receive different various versions for your use, this can be e.g. PNG of just the lineart, a PNG of the character with no background etc. Sizing of artwork will vary but all files are 300DPI.

Clients Use

● You as the client can repost the artwork I did specifically made for posting on social media onto your social media. This file will have a watermark with my username & that it is a commissioned work.● Unless the art is for commercial use (with a signed contract) your artwork is for personal use only.● You may not draw on or edit the artwork I provide for you unless permission is acquired. However you may crop it and resize it.● I don't allow my work to be sold as NFT'S or used in ANY form for AI. My commissions cannot be resold either.● The characters rights and ownership remain to you as the client.

Refunds & Cancellations

● You may cancel your order before your paypal invoice has been paid. Once the payment is made and I have started work, no refund or cancellation is possible from your end.● I have the rights to reject your commission if I am unable to execute it.● I will issue a full refund if I'm unable to complete your commission.● A refund cannot be given once the commission is finished.● Under exceptional and justified circumstances if the commission is already started I may be willing to stop our collaboration and refund the time I haven’t yet spent on your piece. You will receive your commission in the state it is. This is however left to my digression.● Cancelations or chargebacks issued through the paypal platform after the commission has started or is finished will result in a blacklist, a report to the app Support and brought to legal authorities if necessary.
